Mornington Peninsula Shire Council has reaffirmed its delivery of a municipal aquatic facility at Besgrove Street in Rosebud.

At the Council meeting on Tuesday 12 December, Council received the Rosebud Aquatic Centre Business Case based on three concept plans that include options for a 25-metre indoor pool, a 50-metre indoor pool and a 50-metre outdoor pool and associated health, fitness and wellbeing facilities.

At the meeting Council also received the community feedback on the concept plans from the consultation that took place earlier this year.

A further report will be presented to Council for its consideration of community feedback on the size of the 25-metre pool and 50-metre pool, or other functional components following a two-month exhibition period of the business case.
