  • Overhanging trees from private property are a civil dispute that should be resolved between you and your neighbour.

    To see what your rights are, and whether or not you can trim the tree back, please see the information here.

    If the beach is not listed, please select "Other".
  • The Shire only maintains those beaches listed above.
    For all other beaches please contact the relevant Foreshore's Committee of Management

  • An immediate threat includes situations where;
    branches are blocking roads, or
    branches have broken but are hanging precariously.
